Dock Boards
Dock Boards are the most economical solution for quick loading purposes where you do not have electricity, take permission for installation like dock levelers and are comparatively economical. Dock boards are heavily built to take loads up to 10 ton dynamic load. There are different ways to lock in dock boards to the container with drop pins or locking rings. Dock Boards are for forklift and other vehicle traffic. Dock Boards help speed up loading operations, prevent accidents and help reduce labor costs.
There is heavy duty anti-skid chequered plates where diamond tread surface on these dockboards provides maximum safety. Loading dock boards have tapered curbs that help prevent tire damage. Curb provides full-length hand grip for ease and safety in handling. The front side is bent so there is easy transition to the container and back. Safety chains are provided so that the dockboard fits snugly between truck and dock so board will not move under load. Our dock boards are individually load tested with weights before they are delivered.
Advantages of Dock board over Dock leveler
